Philosophie:

• The ideas and thoughts need to belong to the person who creates them and needs to belong to them forever, independent of a vendor, services, etc.
• The person creating the ideas and thoughts need to be able to take their ideas and thoughts with them (file)
• The ideas and thoughts should easily integrate into the unix toolchains

Requirements:

• Needs to be a simple format
• Needs to be an open format
• No dependability on vendors – no vendor lock in

Conclusions:

• Notes need to be stored in a text file, that is accessible.
